Welcome to Grace Street, a recovery community organization on Maryland's Eastern Shore.
We help people build healthy lives.
Grace Street is recovery community organization (RCO) dedicated to saving lives and fostering healing for anyone affected by substance use. We are here 24-hours each day and operate the Talbot County 'safe station,' which is a safe, peer-led space for anyone wanting detox, inpatient or other treatment. We secure or provide transportation to those services, but do not provide treatment ourselves.
We are the Mid-Shore's sole RCO and provide peer-centric supports for people affected by substance use. Grace Street peers provide an assortment of non-clinical, community-centered and peer-led supports, including peer support; harm reduction resources; street outreach; workforce training and development; youth programming; overdose prevention activities and resources; and support groups.

Grace Street has the region's first and only harm reduction vending machine, which includes Narcan, Fentanyl test strips and Xylazine test strips. We also have 8 harm reduction distribution boxes ('Barney's) at locations in Talbot and Caroline counties for 24-hour, no-barrier access.
Call us at 410-690-7353.
